1General Overview

BGDWin is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between BGDWin and its users ("you" or "member").

2Account Register

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Eligibility conditions must be met in order to receive a bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• If bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts or fraudulent means, all bonuses will be voided and the account will be suspended.
• BGDWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses must be used before they expire; otherwise they will be automatically cancelled.

Bonus abuse — such as placing only low-risk bets or deliberately avoiding wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

6Gaming Policy & Fair Play

The outcome of every game on BGDWin is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent organizations. All games are operated fairly and transparently.

• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is listed in the game information.
• Any form of manipulation, hacking, or use of bots is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors is prohibited; any winnings obtained this way will be voided upon detection.
• BGDWin reserves the right to investigate and suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BGDWin platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using false or fraudulent documents, identities, or information.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system glitches for personal gain.
• Attempting to harm the BGDWin platform or other players.

Additionally, if a player accesses the platform from a country or region where online gaming is prohibited, their account will be closed. BGDWin strictly prohibits the use of VPNs or proxies to conceal your location.

8Account Suspension & Closure

BGDWin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time due to suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms.

• During suspension, account access and all transactions will be disabled.
• If no violation is found after the investigation is complete, the account will be reactivated.
• If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.
• You can also permanently close your account at any time by contacting customer service.
• After an account is closed, all remaining funds (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn.

If your account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months), BGDWin reserves the right to deactivate it. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact Customer Support.

9Liability Limit

BGDWin is committed to providing the highest quality of service; however, there are certain circumstances for which we are not liable:

• Service interruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems.
• Errors on the part of third-party game providers or payment processors.
• Issues with your device, browser, or internet connection.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence or sharing your password.
• Legal requirements, government directives, or force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.).

BGDWin's liability will never exceed the amount you have deposited. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from gaming activity.

10Responsible Gaming
